Open Command Paromt if it is Blocked

Here am going to show you a simple and easy technique for opening blocked command prompt.

Follow the steps
1.Goto START -> RUN.
2.Type NOTEPAD this will opens new text document or open manually.
3.Type "command.com".
4.Save this with .bat extension (for example save as "abcd.bat").
5.Open the saved file by double-clicking or by right click and open.

This will now opens the command prompt
